Woodbridge Town FC Secures New 25-Year Lease at Notcutts Park.

Woodbridge Town Football Club is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a new 25-year lease for its historic ground at Notcutts Park, Woodbridge.

This new agreement extends the club’s residence at Notcutts Park well into the future, replacing the current lease which was set to expire in 2024.

Founded in 1885, Woodbridge Town FC has been part of the Notcutts Park community since 1990, building a legacy in local football and fostering talent across various age groups and skill levels.

Competing in the Thurlow Nunn Premier

Division, Woodbridge Town proudly operates 27 teams across multiple divisions,

including girls, boys, ladies, men’s, and veterans, as well as providing coaching for young children.

The club extends its sincere gratitude to Notcutts, East Suffolk Council, Suffolk FA, and the legal team at Watkins Stewart and Ross for their dedication and support in helping secure the new lease.

This lease renewal represents a major milestone for

the club, ensuring that the Woodbridge Town community will continue to enjoy football, and the club can now start to explore the development opportunities at Notcutts Park for years to come.
