First Team Manager, Leon Moore, had this to say; "Luke has suffered with injuries in recent seasons, but he's worked tirelessly to overcome them. Delighted to have this versatile player on board, who, on his day is unstoppable. He's also an absolute character in the dressing room!".
As part of his journey back from injury Mallett spent some time in the reserves and was part of the team that won The Reserve Senior Cup Final. Supporters will be hoping they can get an injury free season out of him this year.
