Town earn a deserved share of the spoils at Dereham.
Woodbridge welcomed back Craig Stuart and Chris Pratt into central defence and Liam Scopes returned to midfield to produce a solid 4-5-1 formation that Dereham were unable to break down. Aaron Churchyard, sidelined with ankle trouble was replaced by Tom Trevivian playing in front of the back four, Sean Rea was switched to the left in place of Ben Seaman and Gary Rose returned in goal.

Woodbridge face a stiff breeze in the first half and Dereham's Stuart Garner kept the Woodbridge defence on the alert with some well placed wind assisted corners and free kicks whilst Dereham were also caught offside five times in the opening twenty minutes.

The home side's Nick Howell struck a low shot which Rose parried and a scramble in the six yard box occurred with relief for Woodbridge coming from an offside decision. Full back Oliver Willis got away down the right wing but failed to get his foot round the ball when a dangerous cross looked imminent and Sam Willis headed over from Adam Smith's delivery bringing Woodbridge to the interval with a hard earned clean sheet.

After the restart Dereham continued to press, Rose got down smartly to block a low shot, Smith fired well over from distance and Craig Stuart headed clear another dangerous free kick from Garner.

Dereham introduced Craig Terrington and Danny Beaumont on the hour and Terrington's free kick was headed wide by Adam Gusterson.

Woodbridge switched lone striker Lewis Driver for Jordan Seaman, whose pace caused an uncomfortable final 20 minutes to the Dereham rearguard. Tom Trevivian cleared off his goal line following a corner and within seconds was in the opposite penalty area to get on the end of a swift break from Seaman but Jay - Eastoe Smith cleared Trevivian's effort for a corner. Rea finely delivered the flag kick to the far post which Seaman was just unable to reach with his head.

Stuart made a fine tackle to block the progress of Beaumont but the ball deflected back into Beaumont's path who made a bee line for goal but flashed his shot wide of Rose's far post.

Robbie Smythe replaced Trevivian with seven minutes remaining who just before the close might have nicked the points for Woodbridge but in haste side footed his opportunity wide of the Dereham upright.
